SOLUT! combines multiple technologies to deliver paperboard packaging that performs in demanding food environments. Our products support high-heat cooking, freezing, reheating, automation, and merchandising—without sacrificing structural integrity or food safety.

Plastic Lid Thermoforming

In-house thermoforming enables SOLUT! to design compatible plastic lids with secure fit, visibility, and performance in hot or cold applications. Controlling lid design and specifications ensures reliable sealing, cohesive merchandising, and a complete tray-and-lid system from a single source.

Paper Forming

Advanced paper forming produces rigid, dimensionally consistent trays designed for demanding food applications. Precise shape control and uniformity support automated filling, denesting, sealing, and merchandising, while maintaining performance through cooking, freezing, distribution, and consumer handling.

Paper Fold and Glue

SOLUT! uses precision fold-and-glue manufacturing to produce paperboard trays with clean lines and defined structure. The rigid design creates steep walls ideal for loaf cakes while supporting baking, handling, and merchandising.

Testing is central to how SOLUT! develops packaging and embedded throughout the development process. We validate performance early and often to ensure packaging performs as intended from production through distribution and use.

High-Heat Testing

SOLUT! conducts high-heat testing in commercial and rapid-cook ovens to validate structural integrity, coating performance, and food-contact safety. Select formats are approved for short-duration exposure up to 550°F, supporting hot-hold environments.

Third-Party Certification

SOLUT! works with independent organizations to validate recyclability, compostability, and performance claims where appropriate. Certification is pursued based on application needs, material selection, and end-of-life considerations, supporting regulatory discussions, sustainability reporting, and customer confidence.
