Production Operator

Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday) | No mandatory overtime
Role Overview
SOLUT! is seeking Production Operators to support high-quality manufacturing of paperboard food packaging. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Production Operators play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient production while maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment, including feeding raw materials and clearing minor jams
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Case-pack finished goods according to production requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills and ability to perform sorting, checking, and standard measurements
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift cases up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
